Terms of Use

Effective date: September 2026

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the STRATIFI Global website, platform and related services. By accessing or using STRATIFI, you agree to these terms. If you use STRATIFI on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that your organisation is responsible for your use of STRATIFI.

1.1 Relationship with customer agreements

If your organisation has entered into a separate agreement for STRATIFI, that agreement will apply to your organisation's use of the platform. These Terms of Use apply to the extent they are not inconsistent with that agreement.

1.2 Permitted use

STRATIFI may be used only for lawful business, strategic planning, governance, reporting, evaluation and related professional purposes. You must use STRATIFI in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, your organisation's policies and any instructions issued by an authorised STRATIFI Global or customer administrator.

1.3 Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must not share your account, attempt to bypass access controls, or access another user's or customer's data without authority.
  • Customer administrators are responsible for managing authorised users, roles, access levels and offboarding processes for their organisation.
  • Only a customer administrator can request a refund, as set out in our Refund Policy.
  • We may suspend access where we reasonably believe there is unauthorised use, a security risk, misuse, breach of these terms or legal requirement.

1.4 Customer content

Your organisation retains ownership of information, documents, strategy artefacts, data, comments, evidence and other materials submitted to STRATIFI by or on behalf of that organisation ("Customer Content").

You grant STRATIFI Global and its service providers the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, analyse, display, secure, back up and otherwise handle Customer Content for the purpose of providing and improving the services, supporting authorised users, maintaining security, meeting legal obligations and performing customer-agreed activities.

You must ensure that you have the rights, authority and permissions needed to submit Customer Content to STRATIFI, and that any personal information within Customer Content has been collected in accordance with applicable privacy law, including the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply to your organisation.

1.5 AI-assisted outputs

STRATIFI may provide AI-assisted analysis, drafting, summaries, gap identification, recommendations or other generated content. AI-assisted outputs are provided to support authorised users and reviewers. They are not legal, financial, procurement, engineering, security, probity or professional advice.

You and your organisation are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-assisted outputs before relying on them, publishing them, submitting them to another party, or using them for governance, commercial or operational decisions.

1.6 Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use STRATIFI for unlawful, misleading, harmful, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes;
  • upload malware, malicious code, corrupted files or content designed to disrupt systems;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, probe, scan, test, bypass or interfere with STRATIFI security controls except under an authorised security-testing arrangement;
  • access, collect, disclose or use another person's or organisation's information without authority;
  • upload classified, export-controlled, national security, highly sensitive or restricted information unless your organisation has expressly authorised this and the relevant STRATIFI environment is configured and approved for that use;
  • use STRATIFI to generate content that is unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, deceptive, infringing or otherwise harmful;
  • copy, scrape, harvest or bulk export STRATIFI content or system information except through authorised platform functions;
  • use STRATIFI in a way that could compromise availability, integrity, confidentiality or performance.

1.7 Confidentiality, controlled information and critical infrastructure obligations

STRATIFI is intended for professional and high-accountability environments. You must handle information in STRATIFI according to your organisation's confidentiality, security classification, export control, contractual and recordkeeping obligations. STRATIFI's access controls do not replace your obligation to assess whether information is appropriate for the configured environment.

Where your organisation's use of STRATIFI relates to a critical infrastructure asset for the purposes of the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018 (Cth), you must notify us in writing so that we can assess and, where applicable, meet our own obligations as a data storage or processing provider under that Act, including notifying the responsible entity that we store or process data on their behalf and cooperating with any applicable cyber security incident reporting requirements. See section 3.7 for further detail.

1.8 Third-party services and integrations

STRATIFI may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including cloud hosting, identity providers, analytics, email, AI services, document stores and business applications. Use of those services may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies or customer configurations. We are not responsible for third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

1.9 Intellectual property

STRATIFI, including the platform, workflows, methodology implementation, interface, templates, prompts, documentation, design elements, trade marks and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to STRATIFI Global and its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you must not copy, modify, distribute, commercialise, reverse engineer or create derivative works from STRATIFI.

Feedback, suggestions or improvement ideas may be used by STRATIFI Global without restriction or obligation, provided we do not disclose your confidential information or Customer Content contrary to applicable obligations.

1.10 Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, security updates, customer configuration, internet connectivity, third-party services, incidents or events outside our reasonable control. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features from time to time, subject to any customer agreement that applies.

1.11 Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, STRATIFI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that STRATIFI will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from vulnerabilities, or suitable for every customer operating context. We do not warrant that AI-assisted outputs will be complete, accurate, current or appropriate without human review.

1.12 Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, warranty or remedy that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

To the extent permitted by law and subject to any customer agreement, STRATIFI Global is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of data, business interruption, or loss arising from unauthorised use, user error, customer configuration, third-party systems, or reliance on unreviewed AI-assisted outputs.

1.13 Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where required by law, where your organisation's agreement ends, where an administrator removes access, where a refund has been processed under our Refund Policy, where fees are unpaid under an applicable customer agreement, or where we reasonably believe continued access creates a security, legal, operational or reputational risk.

1.14 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Doha, Qatar. The parties submit to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a separate customer agreement specifies otherwise.

Accessibility

STRATIFI is intended to support high-accountability organisations. That includes making our digital content and platform experience as usable as reasonably possible for people with disability, assistive technology users and users working across different devices and operating environments.

2.1 Our standard

We aim for the STRATIFI marketing website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, subject to ongoing testing, remediation and content governance. Where platform functionality is customer-specific or under active development, we will progressively assess and improve accessibility as part of product delivery and release governance.

2.2 What we are working to support

  • clear page structure and semantic headings;
  • keyboard access for interactive elements;
  • visible focus states;
  • sufficient colour contrast;
  • plain-language labels and instructions;
  • alternative text for meaningful images;
  • forms that can be used with assistive technologies;
  • responsive layouts that support zoom and reflow;
  • consistent navigation and error handling;
  • accessible documents where downloadable material is provided.

2.3 Known limitations

Some areas may not yet fully meet our target standard, particularly where features, documents, diagrams, dashboards or exported reports are under active development. We will prioritise issues that materially affect access, comprehension, navigation or completion of key user tasks.

2.4 Feedback and support

We welcome accessibility feedback. If you experience difficulty using the STRATIFI website or platform, or need content in another format, please contact us and provide:

  • the page, feature or document you were using;
  • the issue encountered;
  • your browser, device and assistive technology if relevant;
  • the format or support you need.

Accessibility contact: support@stratifi.global

We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within 24-48 Business hours and provide a practical response or remediation pathway where reasonable.

Security

STRATIFI is designed for Defence, government and critical-sector environments where strategy, execution and governance records must be controlled, traceable and auditable. Security is treated as a trust enabler for strategic execution, not as a separate afterthought.

3.1 Hosting and data residency

STRATIFI production environments are hosted in the AWS Asia Pacific (Sydney) Region. Access controls and data-handling settings for each customer are configured according to the relevant agreement and implementation design.

Data residency statements apply to STRATIFI Global-controlled production infrastructure. Some third-party providers, support services, AI service providers, logging services, analytics tools or customer-enabled integrations may process or access limited information outside Australia depending on configuration and contractual settings, in which case the overseas-disclosure safeguards described in section 1.8 of the Privacy Policy apply.

3.2 Core security controls

Control areaPublic-facing statement
Identity and accessSingle sign-on where configured, SAML 2.0 federation, role-based access control, least-privilege access and customer-administered user roles.
Data segregationEnvironment and tenant isolation, customer-specific access boundaries, and row-level controls for configured data tiers.
EncryptionEncryption in transit by default for all data exchanged with the platform.
Secure developmentSecure development practices, secure configuration and controlled releases to production.
Monitoring and observabilitySystem logs, metrics, traces, alerts and incident triage processes to support availability and security response.
Vulnerability managementSecurity review, dependency checks, remediation tracking and external penetration testing where included in the deployment plan.
Backups and resilienceBackup, restore and disaster-recovery playbooks aligned to customer requirements and production operating procedures.
AI assuranceHuman review, prompt governance, approved AI service-provider controls and auditability for AI-assisted workflows.

3.3 OPEN and PROTECTED-equivalent handling

STRATIFI is designed to support OPEN and PROTECTED-equivalent handling requirements where the relevant architecture, customer agreement, data model, access controls and assurance activities have been configured and approved. STRATIFI should not be described as formally accredited, certified or approved for a particular classification level unless that status has been confirmed in writing.

3.4 Penetration testing and assurance

STRATIFI's delivery approach includes security review and external penetration testing before production go-live. STRATIFI Global does not currently hold formal security certifications or attestations. Any future certification or independent assessment will be stated here once completed.

3.5 Customer responsibilities

Security is a shared responsibility. Customers and users are responsible for:

  • classifying information before entering it into STRATIFI;
  • ensuring only authorised users receive access;
  • removing access promptly when roles change or users leave;
  • maintaining secure identity-provider and device controls;
  • using AI-assisted outputs only after appropriate review and approval;
  • notifying us where their use of STRATIFI relates to a critical infrastructure asset under the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018 (Cth) (see section 3.7);
  • complying with their own Defence, government, contractual, export-control, confidentiality and recordkeeping obligations.

3.6 Security contact

To report a security issue, contact: support@stratifi.global

Please do not include sensitive, classified or restricted information in an initial security report unless a secure reporting pathway has been agreed.

3.7 Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018 (Cth)

STRATIFI Global's customers frequently operate in sectors covered by the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018 (Cth) (SOCI Act), including defence industry, communications, energy, water, data storage or processing, and other listed sectors. Depending on how STRATIFI is deployed, STRATIFI Global may itself be a third-party data storage or processing provider to a customer's critical infrastructure asset, and the customer (as the responsible or reporting entity) may have obligations to notify us of that status.

Where STRATIFI Global is notified that it stores or processes data for a critical infrastructure asset, we will take reasonable steps to:

  • record and manage that status as part of our security governance;
  • cooperate with the customer's obligations under the Critical Infrastructure Risk Management Program requirements that apply to the relevant asset class;
  • report cyber security incidents that impact the availability, integrity, reliability or confidentiality of the relevant asset to the Australian Cyber Security Centre (part of the Australian Signals Directorate), as required by the SOCI Act; and
  • support enhanced cyber security obligations (such as incident response planning, cyber security exercises, vulnerability assessments, or system information sharing) where the asset has been declared a System of National Significance and the customer requests our cooperation.

The SOCI Act obligations described here are shared between STRATIFI Global and its customers and depend on the specific asset class, ownership structure and configuration involved. This section is general information only, is not legal advice, and does not itself constitute a declaration that STRATIFI or any customer deployment is a critical infrastructure asset or a System of National Significance. Customers should obtain their own advice on their SOCI Act status and obligations, including from the Cyber and Infrastructure Security Centre (CISC).

Subscription Terms and Conditions

These Subscription Terms and Conditions apply to STRATIFI subscriptions and set out how our plans, billing, renewal, changes, cancellation and fair-use provisions operate. They apply in addition to the Terms of Use above and, where you have entered into a separate customer agreement, that agreement continues to apply where it addresses subscription matters. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, set out below.

4.1 Subscription plans

STRATIFI is offered on subscription plans, currently comprising Business Starter, Business Pro, and Enterprise. The features, usage allowances, and other inclusions of each plan are set out on our Pricing page, which forms part of these Terms.

We may introduce, modify, rename, or retire subscription plans from time to time. Where a change materially reduces the features available to your organisation on your current plan, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the change takes effect on your account.

Enterprise plans are configured and priced individually for each organisation, based on factors including organisation size, number of seats, and governance requirements. Enterprise pricing and inclusions are confirmed directly with your organisation and are not published on the Pricing page.

Current pricing for all plans is displayed on our Pricing page in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be updated from time to time. Where pricing changes, your current pricing will continue to apply until the end of your current billing cycle, after which the then-current pricing will apply. For Enterprise plans, pricing will continue to apply for the current contract term set out in your agreement, after which the then-current pricing will apply on renewal, unless your agreement states otherwise.

4.2 Subscription term and billing cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing for Enterprise or custom arrangements.

Your billing cycle begins on date of subscription activation and each subsequent charge occurs on the same date each billing period, unless that date does not exist in a given month, in which case the charge will occur on next available date. For the purposes of our Refund Policy, each billing cycle starts on the date of the payment for that cycle.

All fees are exclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Where GST or another tax applies, it will be added to your invoice or charge in accordance with applicable law.

4.3 Payment and invoicing

Business Starter and Business Pro subscriptions are paid by recurring automatic charge to the payment method you provide at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorise us and Paddle to charge your payment method each billing cycle and to retry a failed payment. Enterprise and custom subscriptions are invoiced in accordance with the payment terms set out in your organisation’s agreement with us. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method, as set out in our Refund Policy.

No grace period applies to failed payments. If a payment fails, or an invoice is not paid by its due date, we may suspend access to the affected account immediately, until payment is received in full. We do this because STRATIFI includes AI features that incur usage costs from the moment they are used.

We or Paddle will make reasonable efforts to notify your organisation’s billing contact that a payment has failed and that access has been suspended, and may send reminders asking you to update your payment details. These notices and reminders are a courtesy. They are not a condition of suspension and do not extend or delay it.

Access is restored once payment is received in full. A suspension under this section does not cancel your subscription or remove your obligation to pay any fees that are due.

4.4 Changes to your plan

You may upgrade your subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately once your payment has been successfully processed. Upgrades to an Enterprise plan are processed manually and take effect within 24 to 72 business hours of your request.

You may downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so your organisation retains its current plan’s features for the remainder of the period already paid for.

Where a downgrade or plan change would cause your organisation to exceed a usage allowance or lose access to a feature, or to data associated with that feature (for example, Multiple Organisations, Consultant Check or specific integrations), we will advise you of the impact and work with you to agree a reasonable transition arrangement before the change takes effect.

4.5 Fair use and "Unlimited" features

Certain features on certain plans, including the Enterprise plan, are described as "Unlimited." This means the feature does not carry a fixed, published numeric quota, rather than a literal, uncapped guarantee of usage.

"Unlimited" features are provided on the basis that they will be used for ordinary, organisation-wide strategic planning activity, consistent with how a business of your organisation's size would typically use the platform. They are not intended to support, and may not be used for, automated, continuous, scripted, or bot-driven use, or use on behalf of, or resold to, any third party outside your organisation.

Where usage of an "Unlimited" feature by your organisation significantly and consistently exceeds what we would reasonably expect from ordinary use of that feature, we may apply a temporary usage limit to that specific feature. Any such limit:

  • applies only to the specific feature affected, and does not restrict your access to the rest of the platform;
  • is temporary and resets on a recurring basis; and
  • will, where reasonably practicable, be accompanied by an in-product notice explaining that a temporary limit has been reached and when it will reset.

We aim to set fair use thresholds generously enough that ordinary use of STRATIFI by an organisation on an eligible plan will not be affected. We do not publish the specific numeric thresholds that apply to each feature. This is a deliberate policy, intended to ensure thresholds reflect genuine, atypical usage patterns rather than a fixed number that could be approached as a target.

We may review and adjust fair use thresholds from time to time, including in response to changes in underlying technology costs, typical usage patterns, or to prevent misuse of the platform. Where we make a material change to how fair use operates, we will update this section accordingly.

A temporary limit applied under this section is not a suspension or termination of your subscription and does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund, credit, or early termination, except as set out in our Refund Policy or as required by law. Suspension and termination of accounts generally are addressed separately in the Suspension and termination section of these Terms of Use.

4.6 Usage monitoring

We monitor usage of the platform, including usage of features described as "Unlimited," for the purposes of maintaining service quality, detecting misuse, capacity planning, applying the fair use provisions in section 4.5, and assessing refund requests under our Refund Policy.

Usage monitoring under this section is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.7 Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, for a further period equal to the preceding cycle, unless you cancel in accordance with section 4.8, or unless otherwise agreed in your Enterprise or custom agreement. Our Refund Policy applies to the payment for each billing cycle.

Enterprise and wholesale/partner subscriptions renew in accordance with the term set out in the applicable agreement.

4.8 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings, under Manage my Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle: your organisation retains full access to STRATIFI until that date, after which access to the platform's features ends.

Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable for the Business Starter and Business Pro plans, including for any unused portion of the billing cycle remaining at the time of cancellation, except as set out in our Refund Policy or as required by law. Enterprise subscriptions are governed by the cancellation and refund terms set out in that organisation's separate agreement with us.

Cancelling your subscription does not remove any obligations that arose, or fees that became payable, before the cancellation took effect.

4.9 Refund Policy

Refunds for Business Starter and Business Pro subscriptions are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary:

  • You can receive a full refund of the payment for a billing cycle if your administrator asks within the first 14 days of that cycle and no AI Service has been used in that cycle, including while the request is under review.
  • This applies to every monthly billing cycle, not only the first.
  • Only an administrator can request a refund, from the Billing tab in admin settings, or by email if you cannot access Billing. A reason is required, and we tell you the outcome within 72 business hours.
  • AI Services are the AI features listed in the Refund Policy, including plan creation and plan optimisation
  • If you do not meet these conditions, we may still approve a refund as an exception, for example for a fault in the service. Billing errors, such as being charged twice, are refunded separately and do not cancel your subscription.
  • An approved refund is paid through Paddle to your original payment method, and your subscription is cancelled.
  • Enterprise subscriptions are governed by the refund terms in their own agreement.
  • Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

This section is a summary only. Learn more about our Refund Policy

4.10 Suspension of a feature vs. suspension of your account

A temporary fair use limit applied to a specific feature under section 4.5 is distinct from, and does not constitute, suspension or termination of your account or subscription.

Suspension or termination of your account or subscription as a whole is addressed in the Suspension and termination section of these Terms of Use, and may occur for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, breach of these Terms, or breach of our Acceptable Use provisions.

4.11 Changes to these subscription terms

We may update these Subscription Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where we make a material change, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the change takes effect, either by email, in-product notice, or by updating the "last modified" date on this page.

Your continued use of STRATIFI after a change to these terms takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

4.12 Contact
